Excellent service, I felt safe and secure.
Because of a problem with the a double room I was upgraded and had cozy room with 2 double beds. The pool was clean, the staff here was amazing and cool. The hotel was in an unbeatable and super location, walking distance to convenience stores and stores.

the breakfast had a huge variety of fantastic food and drinks. there were very comfy beds and an electric kettle, air conditioner, and an iron with ironing board inside the room. the hotel had a central location to the 歌舞妓町 area.

Perfectly clean place, staff was very pleasant. Everything was nice, the room was extremely spacious with a good view and a 2 person bed plus USB charging ports. The location was great and decent, you can visit Okubo Park by walking. There were a shopping area and convenience stores around the hotel.
